Wah Chu is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer service and operations leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer at Solve Advisors Inc., Wah has previously held significant roles including Senior Vice President of Operations at MWC Enterprise, Inc., Founding Board Member, Director of Customer Success Management for the New York Metro Region at Microsoft, and Head of Customer Services at HighQ. With a strong educational background, Wah holds a Master of Business Administration in Corporate Finance from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
