David Mason

David Mason is the Chief Executive Officer of Solve Partners since January 2023. Prior to that, he served as the Group Chief Operating Officer at Sanlam from February 2018 to September 2022. With experience in financial services technology and change delivery, David has also worked as a Director at Chordstone Limited and founded HiredByMe, a software solution provider for contingent worker recruitment. He held various key roles at Barclays Wealth and Investment Management, Barclays Stockbrokers, and Barclays Bank, showcasing his expertise in technology strategy, architecture, and planning. David holds an M.Sc. in Information Systems from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a B.Sc. in Geography from King's College London.
