Allan Bacero is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and management. Currently serving as IT Manager at Solver since November 2007, Allan oversees the Help Desk and system administration while previously holding roles that include Support Manager and Support Consultant, where Allan facilitated resolutions for customer technical issues and provided solutions for financial software. Prior experience includes positions as Production Support Analyst and POS Consultant at Hot Topic, where Allan supported business operations through IT tools and deployed software solutions, respectively. Allan began a career in IT at the California Air Resources Board as Workstation Support and earlier worked in customer marketing at AT&T Wireless. Allan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Technology from Mt. Sierra College and a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
