Ante Lausic is an experienced tech leader with over 13 years of managerial experience, serving in various roles from project director to chief operating officer. With a focus on software development projects, Ante has successfully delivered over 20 projects and gained expertise in Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Ante’s career includes significant accomplishments in business intelligence, change management, and organizational development, particularly during their tenure at Agrokor and mStart d.o.o. Currently involved as a board member at Solvership, Ante continues to leverage their strong communication and negotiation skills in the tech industry. They hold an M.B.A. in Management and a Master’s Degree in Information Technology and Communication from the University of Zagreb.
