Pedro Hernandez

Pedro Hernandez has worked in the IT industry since 2010. Pedro started at Media Revolution as an IT Administrator, where their responsibilities included generating evaluation reports on the IT department and keeping records of employee attendance. In 2016, they moved to Spirit Technologies, where they worked as a Help Desk Specialist. Pedro'sduties included providing technical support via phone and email requests, as well as documenting the ticketing system and providing self-help options to customers. Since 2020, Pedro has been employed at Solvex Dominicana, SRL, where they serve as the Lead Security Engineer and Managed Services Specialist.

Pedro Hernandez has a Bachelor's degree in Ingeniería informática from Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago UTESA, which they obtained between 2007 and 2016. Pedro also holds several certifications, including the Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (obtained in July 2021), the Diplomado en Ciberseguridad from Universidad Iberoamericana (obtained in November 2019), the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification (obtained in April 2022), the Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (obtained in September 2022), the NSE 1 Network Security Associate from Fortinet (obtained in July 2020), and the NSE 2 Network Security Associate from Fortinet (obtained in July 2020). Pedro is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from IMF Smart Education.
