Felix Meier

Felix Meier has extensive experience in the baking and food technology industry, currently serving as a Lab Technician Operations at Solvias since April 2020. Prior to this role, Felix held various positions at Novozymes from October 2001 to April 2020 as an Application Technologist, and worked in the bakery and confectionery sector from June 1995 to October 2001 as a Baker and Employee Adviser. Earlier experience includes roles as a Test Baker at Agrano AG from 1992 to 1995, where responsibilities included developing bread improvers and conducting quality control, and leadership positions in the Bakery-Confectionery branch at Finkbeiner Pratteln between 1981 and 1992. Felix's career began with an apprenticeship as a Baker-Confectioner from 1978 to 1981.
