Bert Morano

Bert Morano is the founder and director of Solving IT, a Chicago-based consulting firm specializing in Salesforce solutions and IT staffing. With a strong background in IT consulting, Bert worked with several organizations, including Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Bridgestone/Firestone, from 1985 to 2020. Bert holds a BA in Mathematics and Psychology from Hamilton College and has completed additional studies at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. The Solving IT team is dedicated to helping clients optimize their operations and enhance their growth through effective talent acquisition and innovative consulting solutions.
