Doreen Riensema

Doreen Riensema has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Doreen began their career at KPN in 2000 as a Call Center Agent and later worked as a Storingsanalist MAC and Supervisor ADSL Servicedesk. From 2005 to 2008, they held the position of HR Adviseur at KPN, where they executed general HR policies and procedures and participated in complex HR projects. In 2008, Doreen joined ASP4all / ASP4all Bitbrains as the Manager of HR & Facilities before transitioning to the role of Manager of HR & Marketing in 2010. In this position, they were responsible for HR activities, including policy development, payroll processing, and advising management on HR-related matters. Doreen also managed marketing and branding activities to enhance the organization's public awareness. In 2016, Doreen joined Solvinity as the Head of HR & Facilities, and they currently hold the role of CHRO | Head of HR, Recruitment & Facilities since January 2021.

Doreen Riensema has a diverse education history. In 2004 to 2006, they attended ISBW and pursued a field of study in HBO Middle Management. Following this, from 2007 to 2009, Doreen attended NCOI, where they obtained an HBO degree in Organisatiepsychologie. In 2010 to 2011, they enrolled at AOG - Rijksuniversiteit Groningen for a Postacademische leergang HR strateeg. Additionally, in 2017, Doreen attended Nyenrode Business University and completed a Masterclass in Finance en Accounting voor de niet-financiële professional. Doreen'smost recent education pursuit was in 2020 to 2021, when they once again attended Nyenrode Business University for a Masterclass in Change Management.
