Erwin Arp

Erwin Arp has extensive work experience as a team leader and manager in various companies. Erwin started their career in 1995 at KPN, where they worked as a team leader until 1997. Erwin then joined KPN Amsterdam in 2004, continuing their role as a team leader until 2007. In 2007, Erwin joined Ziggo as a team leader before transitioning to Teamleiders.nu, where they held the role of Manager from 2007 to 2008. Finally, they joined Solvinity in 2009 as the Team Manager of Platform Engineering.

Erwin Arp has a diverse education history. In 1977-1982, they attended Mavo 4. Later, from 1983-1987, Erwin studied at Vakschool edelsmeden Amsterdam. In 1992, they completed a course in NIMA Marketing A. Erwin pursued further education and completed a Cursus de leidinggevende als coach, with the end year unspecified, and completed a Middenkaderfunctionaris Telematica program from 2000-2003. From 2005-2007, Erwin studied HBO Bedrijfskundige Informatica. In 2011-2013, they attended NCOI HBO Management. Continuing their education, Erwin achieved Agile Project Management Foundation certification in 2017 by completing the Agile PM course, and in 2018, they completed the Professional Scrum Master program, earning the PSM1 certification from Scrum.org.
