Solvino is a refined wine destination in Windermere, Florida, created for people who genuinely love wine—not labels, not pretense, but the experience itself.

At our core, Solvino blends a curated bottle shop, an intimate private members wine bar, and a European-inspired courtyard into one cohesive space. Our focus is on exceptional wines, thoughtful food pairings, and a community built around curiosity, conversation, and shared discovery.

We work with rare producers, small growers, and iconic estates alike—offering everything from everyday classics to cellar-worthy bottles—always presented with care, context, and hospitality. Whether you’re joining us for a casual glass, a guided tasting, or a chef-driven pairing experience, Solvino is designed to feel unhurried, welcoming, and deeply intentional.

This is a place where wine is enjoyed at every stage of the journey, where learning happens naturally, and where community matters as much as what’s in the glass.

Wine, well served. Community, thoughtfully built.
