Brian Parnell

Brian Parnell has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to environmental project management and compliance. Brian'smost recent position was as a Fuels Project Manager at SolvOne, LLC, starting in April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Environmental Compliance Manager at Mapco Express since November 2005. From 1998 to 2003, Brian served as an Environmental Project Manager at Williams Energy. Before that, they worked as a Geologist 4 at the Tennessee Division of Underground Storage Tanks from 1996 to 1998, and as a Project Manager at ATC Associates from 1993 to 1996. Brian began their career in the environmental consulting industry, starting as a Staff Geologist and progressing up to Client/Program Manager at various firms from 1989 to 1996.

Brian Parnell graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Sciences from Tennessee Technological University, where they studied from 1981 to 1986.
