Isabelle Guiot

Isabelle Guiot is an HR professional and founder of My Singularity, offering freelance HR consultancy and senior assessor services. With almost 20 years of experience in HR and a focus on People Development, they have held roles across recruitment, talent management, and HR business partnering, including positions at habeas, AXA, VISIOCOM, Manpower, Hudson Benelux, Puilaetco Dewaay, Quintessence, and Solvus. They earned a Master in Translation/Interpreter from Haute Ecole Francisco Ferrer de la Ville de Bruxelles (1996–1999). They currently operate as a freelance HR consultant and assessor for Solvus and Quintessence, while supporting a portfolio of clients through My Singularity.
