Brian Kleiver

Brian Kleiver, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, is a Senior Associate Principal and MENA Director of Architecture at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) since February 2005. With extensive experience in architecture, Kleiver manages the SOM Dubai office, overseeing business development and project engagement across global offices. Previous roles include Senior Technical Design Architect, Site Architect for the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain, and Project Architect at DBI Architects, where retrofitting and renovations were primary focuses. Early career positions include design and documentation work at RTKL and health care planning at MAS Associates. Kleiver holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Detroit Mercy and an Associate's Degree in Architecture from Lansing Community College.
