Robert I. Romo, AICP, LEED GA, currently serves as an Intermediate Designer in City Design at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) since February 2024. Previously, as an Urban Designer at WSP USA from February 2021 to October 2023, Robert led multidisciplinary teams on large-scale urban development master plans, focusing on transit-oriented development. Earlier experience includes roles as a Project Designer at LO Design and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania. Additional experience includes internships at Cooper Robertson, MESH Architectures, and various positions in graphic design and legal assistance. Robert holds a Dual Master of Architecture and a Master of City and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The George Washington University.
