Vram Malek

Vram Malek is an accomplished architect with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as Principal and Associate Director at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill since April 2014. Vram has held various roles at SOM, beginning as an Associate and advancing to Senior Project Architect. In addition to the primary role at SOM, Vram serves as Assistant Treasurer for the SOM Foundation since May 2023. Prior experience includes a position as Project Architect at Ennead Architects / Polshek Partnership from August 2010 to March 2014 and Associate at Donald Blair & Partners Architects from September 2001 to August 2010. Vram holds a Bachelor of Architecture with Distinction from Carleton University and has also studied at the Architectural Association. Academic background includes an International Baccalaureate with a bilingual focus from Ashbury College and education at St. Stephen's International School in Rome.
