Somarae is a nervous system intelligence platform built for individuals and organizations ready to perform sustainably. Through personalized women's health integration, on-demand somatic support, and science-backed practices, we help teams prevent burnout, increase retention, and develop more resilient, effective leaders.

The cost of stress is staggering.

According to Gallup, managers account for approximately 70% of the variance in employee engagement. Burnout remains one of the leading drivers of turnover, while replacing an employee can cost anywhere from 50% to 200% of their annual salary depending on the role.
Deloitte estimates workplace burnout costs organizations billions annually through turnover, absenteeism, presenteeism, and lost productivity.

Yet most leadership, performance, and well-being initiatives focus on skills, not the biological systems that drive behavior.

At Somarae, we believe human performance is biological before it is operational. Our platform combines neuroscience, somatics, behavioral science, women's health insights, and AI-powered personalization to help people better regulate stress, improve decision-making, strengthen emotional intelligence, communicate more effectively, and perform at their highest potential.

✨ What makes us different:

• Nervous System Intelligence: Science-backed tools that improve resilience, leadership, and performance under pressure.
• Human-Centered AI: Personalized support through Soma, our AI guide.
• Women's Health Innovation: Supporting women through the physiological realities that impact workplace performance, well-being, and retention.
• Science + Community: Combining technology, education, and human connection to create lasting change.

Our vision is a world where Nervous System Intelligence becomes as essential as Emotional Intelligence—helping people thrive, organizations perform better, and technology support human flourishing.
