When talk therapy, massage, and self-help books haven't reached the part of you that's still anxious, shut down, or bracing for impact — your body is keeping score.

Somatelligence is a trauma-informed, body-based wellness practice in Oceanside, CA. We work directly with your nervous system using science-rooted, body-first approaches: Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Somatic Coaching, Sound Journeys, and Reiki — to help you move from triggered and frozen to flexible, grounded, and free.

This isn't about fixing you. It's about helping your body remember how to feel safe again. Real safety — the kind where you can feel fear and still move forward.

Our signature program, Waves of Regulation, is a 6-session arc built for genuine, lasting nervous system resilience. Not a one-time reset. Repeated, layered experience — because that's actually how nervous systems learn.

Founded by Sachi Be — Somatic Facilitator, Biodynamic CranioSacral practitioner, and former tech engineer — Somatelligence bridges the rigor of science with the wisdom of the body. The work is grounded. It just doesn't feel clinical.
