SomaThrive, my private practice, is a culmination of 20 years experience and wisdom gained serving clients at the intersection of somatic psychotherapy, holistic wellness, esthetics, spa, and coaching spaces. The combined training in Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Somatic Experiencing, a gold standard in somatic trauma therapy, and a background in Holistic Health Coaching and holistic leaning Esthetics, my work uniquely intersects science, intuition, and the lived wisdom of the body. I utilize a customized holistic blend of trauma-informed and evidence-based psychodynamic practices, trauma-informed touch skills, and integrative prevention strategies informed by Ayurvedic and TCM practices.

At the heart of SomaThrive is a steady belief: healing begins when we feel safe enough to soften. When the body is no longer bracing, we can reconnect with ourselves from the inside out. My approach gently weaves relational psychotherapy, somatic therapy, and holistic wellness practices to support nervous system regulation, authentic self-expression, and meaningful life transitions. This is work that helps you return to yourself in a way that feels embodied, grounded, and sustainable.

I believe growth is both structured and intuitive. There is room here for clinical depth and for quiet inner knowing. Each session is thoughtfully personalized — a steady, attuned space where you can slow down, listen inward, and allow integration to unfold at a pace that feels right for your system.

SomaThrive offers a gentle bridge between therapy and embodiment, honoring both psychological insight and the subtle signals of the nervous system. It is a sanctuary for reconnection and a container of safety where you can explore what’s been held in the body, restore your sense of steadiness, and expand into the next chapter of your life without force or urgency.
