Sierra Wright

Sierra Wright has experience in various roles. Sierra began their career at United Way in 2015, where they served as an Instructor and Coordinator for the Cooking Matters Program. Sierra'sresponsibilities included assisting with instruction and coordination, with a specific focus on healthy eating habits and skills for a diabetic population. From 2019 to 2020, Sierra worked as a Direct Support Professional at Richland Newhope - Richland County Board of Developmental Disabilities, providing care for individuals with disabilities and implementing individual programs into their daily schedules. Currently, Sierra is working at Somatus as a Patient Health Advocate, where they coach and guides patients with Chronic Kidney Disease to meet personal and clinical goals. Sierra'srole also involves educating patients about preventive monitoring, coordinating diagnostic testing, and collaborating with Case Managers on appropriate discharge needs.

Sierra Wright attended Ohio Wesleyan University from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Health Education and Promotion.
