Mobile maintenance software built for the Internet of Things. SOMAX helps our clients maintain assets by providing actionable information on a mobile platform. At SOMAX, we believe the future of maintenance management is user-experience, mobility, and the internet of things. We've built SOMAX CMMS around that belief.

SOMAX CMMS is driven by mobility. Rather than simply offer an app to handle a few simple tasks, we believe our clients can live and breathe their day to day activities on their mobile devices, away from their desks. Maintenance is an active process, and every minute spent chained to a desk completing paperwork or closing work orders is a minute spent away from maintaining your facility. With SOMAX and our mobile apps, we cut that process out completely.

SOMAX also believes that the true future of facility maintenance is within the Internet of Things. By tying SOMAX to your Internet of Things, you can stream asset and equipment condition data and create a truly real-time maintenance program, eliminating hours of unnecessary preventive routines and greatly reducing asset and equipment breakdowns. Imagine a facility full of critical assets and equipment continuously monitoring itself and reporting when an issue is preparing to occur. Now imagine all of that information is streaming directly to your mobile device, and occurring in real-time.

With the cloud, mobility, and the Internet of Things as driving forces, maintenance management software is moving into the future. We believe SOMAX is at the forefront of this movement, and we can't wait to take you with us and show you what a truly modern CMMS can do for you and your facility.
