Sofia Cherevata

Sofia Cherevata is currently the Head of Employer Brand at Sombra, where they leverage their expertise in digital marketing and brand management. Previously, they served as a Senior Employer Brand Manager at SoftServe, managing talent marketing functions across multiple countries and enhancing candidate experiences through data-driven strategies. Sofia has also held roles in business development and marketing at various organizations, including Dermatology Clinic "LeoDerm" and RocketRoute. They earned a Specialist degree in International Economic Relations from Lviv Academy of Commerce and completed a marketing program at Lviv Business School of UCU.
