Johnny Beerling

Johnny Beerling oversaw operations as COO of Someburros Mexican Restaurants from 2018 to 2025, supervising seven Someburros locations and a full-service restaurant Isabel's Amor. They previously worked as a Staff Accountant at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts – Jackson Hole (2011–2012), reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance and performing staff accountant and accounts receivable duties. They also served as Catering Assistant Manager and Head Bartender at Forest Highlands G.C. in 2012. Earlier, they were Food and Beverage Manager and Assistant Manager at Meadow Clubhouse Restaurant from 2007 to 2010, managing 15 employees in a 90-seat dining room and handling payroll, inventory, and MICROS POS. They earned a Hospitality Accounting Certificate in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management and a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University between 2007 and 2010.
