Hassene Hadouchi

Hassene Hadouchi is an experienced professional in human resources development, currently serving as Chargé de développement RH at SOMEF since March 2021, where responsibilities include identifying training needs, developing training plans, sourcing training offers, and ensuring the execution of training actions. Previously, Hassene completed two internships in human resources at SOMEF Tunisie in 2018 and 2019, and held a position as a telemarketer at Tregi Tunisie in 2017, along with seasonal work at Pulvagri in 2014. Hassene holds a Master's degree in Ingénierie des ressources humaines from the Institut Supérieur de Comptabilité et d'Administration des Entreprises de Tunis, completed in September 2023, and a Licence in Management from the Institut des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Carthage, earned in 2020.
