Eric Dison is the Chief of Police at the City of Battle Lake, where they have served since 2024. Their law enforcement career includes roles as a Police Sergeant, Officer, and Lieutenant at the Minneapolis Police Department from 2008 to 2017, and as an Emergency Dispatcher for the Otter Tail County Sheriff from 2021 to 2023.
