This includes acting as arranger in connection with the introduction of investors to listed companies in Hong Kong and/or their major shareholders in a takeover transaction;

• acting as independent financial adviser to independent board committees and/or independent shareholders of listed companies;

•acting as sponsor to clients pursuing an IPO. Somerley Capital is also a licensed sponsor with three registered Principals and a professional team specialised in providing sponsorship services; and

• acting as compliance adviser, mostly for newly listed companies in Hong Kong
