At Somers West, we believe development should help address our most pressing social and environmental issues. And we focus our work in California and Hawaii, where these pressures are most acute. We’re a full-spectrum real estate developer that breaks from the traditional mindset. Innovatively taking on challenges that range from housing affordability to climate change. Always with respect for the land and local culture. Somers West is based in Sacramento, California, and has owned land for more than 40 years. Our senior management team brings more than three decades of expertise in developing prominent master-planned communities in California and across the country.
