Umer Iqbal possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Concierge at Somewhere Hotels since June 2022. Umer previously held the position of Bellperson at Expo 2020 Dubai from December 2021 to June 2022 and worked as a Front Office Agent at 5th Avenue Hotel between February 2020 and October 2021, where responsibilities included managing reservations, arranging guest transportation, and providing recommendations for activities and dining. Umer began the career as a Barista at Gloria Jean's Coffees from December 2018 to January 2020, focusing on beverage preparation and enhancing guest experiences. Educationally, Umer holds a Graduate Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the College of Tourism and Hotel Management, completed in September 2020.
