Currently serving as Responsabile Grand Compte at SOMM'IT since June 2022, Philippe focuses on enhancing restaurant profitability through efficient beverage management solutions. As CEO of In Vino Musica since May 2022, Philippe merges a passion for music and wine. Previous roles include Chef des Ventes at moderato, responsible for introducing a new category of beverages in Parisian establishments, and Responsable Développement at SAGARMATHA AGENCY, where Philippe emphasized human-centered communication strategies. Philippe also held significant positions in the commercial and marketing departments at Agence Norela and Fnac, contributing to numerous product launches and marketing initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Information and Communication, along with certifications in wine education.
