Currently serving as Responsabile Grand Compte at SOMM'IT since June 2022, Philippe focuses on enhancing restaurant profitability through efficient beverage management solutions. As CEO of In Vino Musica since May 2022, Philippe merges a passion for music and wine. Previous roles include Chef des Ventes at moderato, responsible for introducing a new category of beverages in Parisian establishments, and Responsable Développement at SAGARMATHA AGENCY, where Philippe emphasized human-centered communication strategies.
