Roman Samoilenko

Roman Samoilenko is an experienced operations and project management professional currently serving as Head of Operations at Sommo since June 2022. Previously, Roman held various roles at Auchan Retail from September 2017 to May 2022, including Loyalty Program Manager and Commerce Manager. As Loyalty Program Manager, Roman successfully launched four new loyalty program initiatives, resulting in a significant increase in customer engagement. While serving as Commerce Manager, Roman achieved an average monthly sales growth of 4% and was responsible for the department's KPIs. Roman holds a Master's degree in Economics of Enterprise, attained at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv from 2017 to 2019, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, completed between 2013 and 2017.
