Refas A

Refas A has worked in the technical support field since 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Technical Support Specialist for Hueray Technologies Pvt Ltd, where they handled testing and quality control for VOIP routes and provided technical assistance to customers. From 2017 to 2021, Refas A worked for Sutherland, first as a Service Delivery Team Lead, where they facilitated huddle sessions and conducted BQ/remedial training and floor interventions. Refas then moved to the role of Senior Associate, where they handled frontline calls and callbacks for troubleshooting issues related to SHP (Secure Home Platform) feature in the router. Refas was also part of the Virtual Training Force, conducting process training sessions for new hires. Currently, Refas A works as a Technical Support Engineer for Somnoware Healthcare Systems, where they remotely access users' computers and uploads sleep studies to cloud servers, as well as creating accounts for users and assisting clients in maintaining a smooth workflow.

Refas A attended KMEA Engineering College in Cochin, India from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. Prior to this, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2009 to 2011, studying Science.
