Tim Craft

Tim Craft is a highly experienced medical professional specializing in anaesthesia and intensive care medicine. As Co-Founder and CEO of Somnus Scientific since December 2018, Tim Craft is focused on developing innovative solutions for Total Intravenous Anaesthesia, particularly a real-time blood propofol monitor. Tim Craft co-founded ANAESTHETIC MEDICAL SYSTEMS LTD in 1998 and has been a member of The Bath Anaesthetic Group LLP since 1994. From 2021, Tim Craft serves as a Visiting Professor at the University of the West of England. Tim Craft's previous roles include Director for Research and Innovation at Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust and a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Tim Craft holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from University College London, obtained between 1978 and 1983.
