Elissa Barrett is an experienced human resources leader with a robust background in strategic HR management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Henry Meds since November 2024, Elissa drives the development and execution of HR initiatives in the telehealth sector. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at HubSpot, overseeing Global Core HR and achieving significant workplace recognition. Elissa has held advisory and board roles, including at Bento and DisruptHR Boston, and has previously worked in HR and marketing positions at Spotify, The Echo Nest, and Rounder Records Group. Elissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and Psychology from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne.
