Mat Lima is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and design across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Global Director of Products for Debt Solutions at Nubank, Mat leads teams to develop financial solutions for customers in various countries. As a Teacher and Mentor at Tera, Mat instructs on user experience design and product management. Previous roles include Head of Products & Design at Boa Vista, Product Lead at GetNinjas, and Head of Products & Design at HostGator América Latina, where Mat significantly enhanced customer experience and product strategy. Mat also has a background in customer support management at SYKES and ventured into entrepreneurship in the eSports sector. Mat's educational credentials include a Business Strategy degree from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Business Administration from FGV, along with a Bachelor of Medicine from Universidade Federal do Paraná.
