Leonardo Arango

Leonardo Arango is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in the venture capital and private equity sectors. Currently serving as a Partner and Principal at One Way Ventures since 2021, Leonardo also holds board membership at SomosVC and invests through a family office. Prior experience includes roles at Sequoia Capital in research for Founder Programs, Investment Associate at Polymath Ventures, and a Private Markets Investor at Balyasny Asset Management L.P. Additionally, Leonardo worked as a Venture Fellow at Yard Ventures and held positions as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst at Capital One.
