Ryan Ray possesses a diverse background in operations and customer service across multiple industries. Currently serving as an Underwriting Associate at Sompo International since January 2023, Ryan supports underwriters with over 100 accounts, processes policy data, and maintains compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior experience includes roles as a Fulfillment Specialist at Bantam Tools, where Ryan executed e-commerce order fulfillment and managed inventory, and as a Quality Control Specialist at Amazon Fulfillment Centre.
