Serving the community the gift of good food since April 2020. 

Son of Egg was created from Min's vision of providing the community with good, healthy food that she would feed to her sons. Once her kids left the nest to attend university, a specific moment led up to her vision. She was serving food to the college students at her local church and wished her kids were eating well as well. 

With the combination of her vision and the location near The Egg in Albany, Son of Egg was created. 

With dishes including Bulgogi (marinated beef), Chicken Cutlet, Fried Kimchi, and eggs your stomach and taste buds will surely thank you for the mouth-watering meal.
