Gerald Roisin has extensive experience in quality management and customer satisfaction, currently serving as the Customer Satisfaction Leader for Airbus Civil at Sonaca since July 2014, where previous roles included Quality Manager and Quality Project Manager. Prior to this, Gerald held the position of Conseilller Qualite at Sonaca from January 2006 to January 2014 and was the Responsable service apres vente at Centr'Auto Charleroi from October 2003 to December 2005. Educationally, Gerald obtained a Graduat in Moteur thermique et expertise automobile from Iram between 2000 and 2003.
