Jonas Vidaic is an experienced engineer with a strong background in aerodynamics and mechanical engineering. Since March 2016, Jonas has been a System Engineer at Sonaca, focusing on aerodynamics and new systems. Prior to this role, Jonas worked as a Structural Engineer and Aerodynamicist/Test Engineer at Ferrari from February 2013 to March 2016, where responsibilities included CFD simulations and wind tunnel testing on Formula 1 cars. An earlier position as an Aerodynamics Engineer Intern at Toyota Motorsport GmbH involved designing and testing a new measurement system for wind tunnel testing. Initial research experience includes an internship at Faculté Polytechnique de Mons, where Jonas conducted experimental work on a friction model for a six-legged robot.
