Frédéric Vincent is the Group IOW (Operational Excellence) Director at SONA ARAUCO, where they lead multiple initiatives in Continuous Improvement, Project Management, Strategy Deployment, Change Management, Digital Transformation, and Innovation. With over 20 years of experience in managing operations across diverse sectors and countries such as Brazil, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Tunisia, and France, Frédéric has held various leadership roles, including Plant Manager and Director of Operations. They hold degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne and Project Management from Université de Montréal.
