Célia Sá Miranda

Célia Sá Miranda is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and in-house legal practices. Currently serving as General Counsel & Corporate Governance at SONAE since February 2022, Célia has held various legal roles within the Sonae Group, including Head of the Legal Department at Sonae IM from 2015 to 2022 and at Sonaecom - SSI Software and Technology from 2013 to 2022. Prior positions include Manager Jurídico e de Regulação at Optimus and Independent Law Practice Professional at CNMM - Advogados. Education credentials include a Law Degree from Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Lusíada Porto and post-graduate studies in Consumer Law from Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Célia also completed a program at London Business School in 2010.
