Marta Cunha

Marta Cunha is an experienced professional currently serving as Head of Transformation, Head of R4E Portugal, and Ombudsperson at SONAE since November 2019, with previous roles including Head of Brand, Communication, and Sustainability. Cunha also contributes to academia as an Invited Professor in Executive Education at both Porto Business School and Universidade Católica Portuguesa - Centro Regional do Porto, focusing on employee experience programs and MBA executive programs, respectively. Prior to current positions, Cunha spent over 17 years at Sonae in various managerial roles, including Innovation Director and Supply Chain Manager, and held the position of Director at Sonae MC. Marta Cunha holds an MBA from Porto Business School and a licenciatura in Gestão from FEP.
