Vasco Gomes

Vasco Gomes has extensive experience in the retail sector, primarily with Sonae MC since 1997, where Vasco currently serves as Director of the Continente at Gaia Shopping. Vasco has held various leadership roles, including as Director of the training school for perishable goods teams since January 2010, and acted as Commercial Director for the Fruit and Vegetable business unit from 2014 to 2016. Prior to joining Sonae, Vasco worked for Proleite - Semicentro for one and a half years and taught at the secondary school level for three years. Vasco holds a degree in Engineering from Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, where studies were completed between 1987 and 1992.
