Brian Dempsey, CTS

Brian Dempsey, CTS has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Brian started their career in 2003 as the President of Vision Home Systems where they successfully built a client base and achieved annual revenues of $350K. Brian then moved to ONteriors as the Manager of Custom Home Systems Design, where they developed processes and training programs to ensure consistent service delivery. In 2008, they became the General Manager of Ovation Home Systems before joining Genesis Audio & Video as a Sales Consultant in 2009. At Genesis, they implemented a marketing outreach program and conducted needs analysis interviews with prospective clients. Brian also worked as an Account Manager and Commercial Account Manager at Orkin Pest Control, where they represented and grew the company's commercial business. From 2010 to 2011, they served as the Service Manager for Audio Video Design, responsible for the profit and loss of the service department. In 2011, they worked as a Project and Purchasing Manager at ONteriors. In 2012, they joined Savant Systems as the Enterprise Sales Engineer and later became the Technical Operations Manager, overseeing technical sales support and operations. In 2016, they joined Residential Systems Inc as the Operations Manager, where they developed a project-based bonus structure and implemented process enhancements. Most recently, they are employed at Sonance as an Application Engineer.

Brian Dempsey, CTS, obtained a degree in Electronic Engineering from ITT Technical Institute between 1997 and 2000. Brian also holds a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification from AVIXA, which they obtained in February 2019.
