Mike Leach

Mike Leach, CPA, is currently serving as the Assistant Controller at Sonance since 2025. They previously worked at RSM US LLP from 2011 to 2021, holding roles as Assurance Manager and Assurance Senior Manager. Before that, Mike managed warehouse operations at Killer Dana LLC from 2003 to 2010, where they oversaw business production and inventory control. Their career began in customer service roles, including positions at Fluid Surf and Sport and The Marriott Resort and Spa. Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from California State University-Fullerton in 2010.
