Federica Ottoboni

Federica Ottoboni is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Global Lead and HR Business Partner at Sonar since November 2021. Prior to this role, Federica worked at the World Economic Forum from January 2017 to November 2021, where responsibilities included talent acquisition and organizational partnership. Federica also has a background as a Recruitment Officer in the HR Division of the World Trade Organization from September 2015 to January 2017, where significant contributions involved streamlining recruitment processes and managing internship programs.
