Filip Markotic

Filip Markotic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and customer success. Currently serving as an Enterprise Account Manager and previously as a Commercial Expansion Account Manager at Sonar since September 2022, Filip has a strong background in customer relations and sales, having worked as a Customer Success Manager and Sales Desk Associate at Refinitiv, an LSEG business, from February 2019 to August 2022. Prior to that, Filip held the position of Global Strategic Customer Specialist at Thomson Reuters from March 2013 to January 2019. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration with a dual major in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Northwood University, as well as a Higher Diploma in International Hotel Management & Hotel Operations from the Hotel Institute of Montreux, complemented by an International Baccalaureate from the International School of Geneva.
