Mario Patov

Mario Patov serves as the Head of IT Infrastructure and Security at Sonar since March 2022, overseeing IT operations, engineering, and architecture in alignment with business goals. Prior to this, Mario held the position of Technical Hosting Manager at GTT, where responsibilities included designing secure AWS and VMware deployments for premium clients. At the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), Mario functioned as the Senior Production Engineer, focusing on regulatory compliance for investment data processing. Earlier roles include Hosting Platform Administrator and Engineer at Interoute, Technical Services Manager at Networx Telecommunications, and System Administrator at Coolbox. Mario holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Rural Development from UARD Bulgaria and a Specialist degree in Telecommunications Engineering from PSEE - Mikhail Vasilyevich Lomonosov.
