Maximilian Voss is an accomplished engineering manager currently leading the Billing Infrastructure team at Sonar since May 2025. Prior to this role, Maximilian co-founded CareerFairy, serving as CTO and COO from February 2019 to August 2024, where significant achievements included driving growth across five markets and tripling feature release velocity while increasing platform usage by tenfold. Earlier experience includes positions at Zühlke Group as a Software Engineer and Junior Software Engineer, where Maximilian contributed to major projects for Swiss telecommunications. Additionally, participation in the Entrepreneurs First program led to the development of a drone company that gained seed investment within months. Maximilian began the academic journey with a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zürich, complemented by an Artificial Intelligence Nanodegree from Udacity and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from ETH Zürich.
