Sofija Stašāne

Sofija Stašāne is currently the Head of Finance and Accounting at Sonarworks, where they coordinate monthly closing and financial reporting activities, manage budgeting processes, and supervise finance personnel. Prior to this role, Sofija held positions as a Finance Manager, Financial Analyst, and Executive Assistant, gaining extensive experience in financial reporting and budget management. Sofija also contributed as a Business Development Assistant at Exponential Technologies and worked as a Training Specialist at Ismira Recruitment & Crewing Agency. They obtained a degree from Riga Business School, completing their studies in 2022.
