Johan Bäcke

Johan Bäcke is an accomplished advisor and operator with over twenty years of experience in various sectors, including fragrance, finance, and technology. Since founding Bäcke Advisory in 2015, they have focused on empowering early-stage companies to grow and scale effectively. Bäcke has played pivotal roles in five successful exits, including serving as CFO of Byredo for seven years and as a board member of AAC Clyde Space until its IPO. They hold degrees in International Business from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg and the European Business School Oestrich-Winkel. Currently, Bäcke serves on the boards of several organizations, including Gimi AB and DeoDoc.
